If the customer not satisfy with the item he/she just received, you may ask for return it for an exchange to our e-mail address,and please read the following terms carefully.
1.In certain circumstance, we provide free replacement, in certain circumstance, we provide exchange but the customers need pay shipping fee.
A: if customers find the product is not the same as actual picture or description on our website. there is some defect or broken on product, we provide free replacement,please write e-mail to us and tell us the reason for exchange,Return request must be within 3 days count from the day you received it. or We will NOT give the compensation and resend fee when you ship back items to us.When you ship back the items.please send email to tell us the tracking number,make sure you pack the items well and no damage of them.We will NOT privide any replacement if we found any new damage caused by your shipping.
B.You are not interested in certain items is not the reason for free exchange, we don't provide free replacement.
C. You should check totally the product as long as you get it, you should tell us no longer than 3 days when you find any defect. because we can not verify defect cause by us or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who need charge the liability.
D: When client would like to cancel the order without any quality issue happened. the customer can return the product, but the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, you need to pay restocking fees per returned item. Restocking fees amount is $50/each which order amout under USD 500,Restocking fees amount $100/each which order amout over USD 500, products should be returned in a unused condition and original packaging.
E. When we receive your damaged items, we will check it carefully to prove the return item is in good condition or not. We will ship new replacement to you by EMS/DHL£¨some special country£©.shipment take 5 - 9 business days.
F. If you just place a new order, we will put replacement together in one package to save time and fund.
2. All price and fees are quoted in US Dollar. The customer is responsible for paying all fees and associated cost, and pay for in time and in a valid payment method.
3.When the items are signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system,we are supposed that you will receive the items.That is not our responsibility if the parcel is picked by anybody else,you had better go to the post office to request the post officer send parcel to the right guy.
4.If you provide a wrong shipping address, that make the product miss or can't receive by you,you should responsible for that, and you need to pay again the amout of the order,because we already finish the transaction. that why you must check your information carefully and tell us in correct information.
The steps on how to exchange or return the product.
The customer needs to send all the information about why return or exchange to our mail address: jrhandbags@gmail.com. Please choose " request Returns of item" as a title. and please well read the following information make sure all your transaction information including in the mail:
a.The order number
b. The Transcation number
c. The total information of Item(s) you want to return
d. The reasons why you want to make a return
e. The Tracking number when we agree to receive the products.
3. After we agree to receive your request to receive the product, please send your tracking number to us. without any tracking number to tell us in advance we can refuse to exchange or refund the product.
4. Please keep in mind that all the returned items must be brand new and unused, and completely in unworn condition. please check it and make sure there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the products, "New and unused" is the base of return,make sure there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept to refund or exchange in the situations of lost or stolen parts;We cannot accept to refund or exchange in the situations of damage due to personal misuse or negligence;We cannot accept to refund or exchange in the situations of any indication of the product that it has been used. we will make a final inspection of your return products before your return requst is processed, if you request is unreasonable, but you return the product. we will refuse to process your request or the products will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping costs and refund commission charge are deducted from the credit amount.
6. Please call a better express service when you decide to return the stuffs. you are responsible for shipping damages.
7. You can exchange your product for any other product in jrhandbags.com for equal or lesser amount product. and we will return the balance if you choose to a lesser value item.
8. You need to pay for $49/item as restocking fee if the bag/wallet without any quality problem but you want to return them to us.
