Jrhandbags.com will use EMS to send out the products, if you need other Express service, such as UPS, DHL or Fedex, tell us in e-mail when your order complete, but you need to pay over cost on other express service,and deliver to the countries in via EMS may need about 5-7 business days, ship to North American, West Europe, Oceania countries usually be delivered within 7-9 business days,deliver to other countries would be need 9-14 days, we most promise to arrive your place on time. and you will get a tracking number from our contact staffs when we transfer your products to EMS.

2. the following facts may delay the delivery:
*. your order is big in quantity,so our factory will take more time to finish your products.
*. the customer changes their mind on quantity or category of their order. so we have to follow you and give new order to factory. please remember that we can't change if your stuffs already been shipped out to you.because we can't call EMS to send the parcel back.
